MANUFACTURING
Beyond our in-house collections and bespoke commissions, MERV offers production manufacturing for designers, studios, and brands seeking to bring their own concepts into material form.
If you have an existing design ,whether fully resolved or still evolving, we provide the technical refinement, fabrication expertise, and production capacity to realise it at small to medium scale. Each project is carefully assessed for structure, material integrity, proportion, and finish before moving into controlled production.
Manufacturing is fundamental to MERV. We specialise in precision metalwork, while also producing timber and engineered woodwork, concrete casting, resin fabrication, upholstery, and foam work in-house. Surface refinement and specialised coating applications are managed as an integrated part of the process, ensuring consistency from structure through to final finish.
