
Shipping & Refund Policy
At MERV, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days if in stock. If an item is out of stock and made to order, the lead time is 2-4 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates: Most items qualify for free shipping, unless otherwise specified (e.g., large or delicate items or custom orders).

International Shipping: Shipping options for international orders are specified per item. If not automatically available, we can negotiate or arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds: Orders are final unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or if it breaks due to a manufacturing error (not if the customer breaks it). If you wish to return an item, it must be within 7 days of receipt, in its original packaging, and undamaged unless damage is the reason for the return. Order numbers are required for processing returns. For bespoke items, only up to 60% of the item's amount will be refunded.

Refund Processing: Refunds can be issued as store credit or through a bank transfer to your account within 2 days of refund confirmation from us.
Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept exchanges on any orders unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
